Refund policy

Order Amendments

We understand that from time to time there are changes in circumstances, change of mind or other events out of your control. Although we are not obliged to, we will consider, at our discretion: cancellations, change of dates or change of mind on orders as follows:

- Custom orders require 72 hours notice of cancellation/ amendment.

- Standard orders require 48 hours notice of cacellation/ amendment.

- All requests to be sent in via email to hello@petalcupcakes.co.nz. Any work already taken to progress your order from the actual order date will be taken into consideration and this may be deducted from any store voucher issued. 

If the your order is cancelled/ amended within the time allowable, we can either change the date of the order or cancel it and issue a gift voucher for the approved value with 12 months to redeem this. We do not process a refund for orders.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do not take any responsibility if you have arranged a delivery service your self or for pick up orders once leaving the store.

If there is an issue with your product, you must contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We will need the product available to collect/ replace.


Refunds
We are not able to provide refunds unless required to under the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We cannot refund gift vouchers.

 

Exchanges
We can't exchange products once the order has been processed.
