Our dietary cupcakes are easily identifiable by the colour cases they're baked in. This code is only applicable to our regular size cupcakes. While we are a nut-free bakery, we do use toppers and other products that are not produced in the Petal Bakery, and as such, we recommend exercising extra caution for anyone with a severe allergy

Brown Cases = Non-Dietary (regular range)

Green Cases = Dairy Free / Vegan / Plant based

Blue Cases = Gluten-Free

White Cases = Vegan Gluten-free combined cupcake

We only deliver in Auckland for same day delivery. If you'd like to organise cupcakes to be delivered out of the Auckland region, please send us an email to see what we can arrange for you.

When you enter your postcode on the cart it will confirm if we deliver to your area. The delivery options with pricing will be listed at checkout. If there are any issues, please email us: Newmarket@petalcupcakes.co.nz

We deliver Monday to Sunday with different cut off times for different time slots. It's best to order in advance.

We are also on Ubereats if you live within the local store area.

As we use a partner courier we can’t guarantee the exact time it will arrive as it depends on the drivers runsheet/traffic and weather conditions. If it’s needed for a specific time then we do recommend
picking up from the store.

Please don’t put them in the fridge. Keep them either in an airtight container or in their box at ambient temperature or they even freeze well.

We will always try and leave them in a safe place. Please leave clear instructions. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we will have to take them back to the courier Depot and you will incur a second delivery charge (this is a last resort).

Yes, those fall under vegan cupcakes You can find them under our special dietary section.

Unfortunately our website defaults to pick up if the area is not on our list of suburbs or out of our delivery days. There may be a typo or an error in the post code please contact the store immediately to sort this out. The list of suburbs and courier prices is on our website if you aren’t sure please check.

We have no minimum order value.

Yes we do. You’ll find them under staff pick. Unfortunately you can’t specify your flavours.

If you choose our assorted packs it gives you the option to write a note otherwise please write a short note (75 characters maximum) in the “notes” section for us to write in the boxes or you can purchase a gift card and we can write it on there under extra’s or when you checkout.

You may have selected a delivery window that has already been cut off, entered the incorrect post code or selected an area that we don’t deliver. Note we also have limited delivery slots on special occasions and public holidays.

Yes - however these are not for same day delivery and we need a minimum of 2 day’s notice. Send us an email to hello@petalcupcakes.co.nz

You will only receive the invoice once the order has been delivered if ordered through our website. If you’d like it sooner please contact the store with your order details and we can organise it for you.

Make sure that you are using the same email address that that the voucher was sent to in order to redeem the voucher. This is for security purposes otherwise the voucher will not work.

Yes, they are a minimum of 12 PER image. No less. Strictly 12 PER image only please. They are 50c each 30mm in diameter. Find them here.

Please call the store and ask they can put the payment through manually or try and process the order through the website again. If your country is not a country on our payment gateway we will have your order on our system we can process the payment over the phone and proceed with the order.

Please check your junk folder, the email address you have entered may have had a typo which may have been the reason. Please contact the store and request a copy with your order information. It may be that your order did not go through for some reason please also check your bank account.

I’m afraid if you choose the assorted packs we choose the flavours for you, otherwise you can select the individual cupcakes and checkout that way.

Yes we do, however these are not for same day pick up or delivery. Please add a note to your order to request dietary minis.

Yes we can, but subject charges and minimum order of 12 per custom colour. We can custom colour every flavour except chocolate. Please visit our custom products page to order.

No, we email the order confirmation, then once the order has been delivered we email you the GST invoice.

12 Months from date of purchase. If you had a gift voucher from our former website, please email us on hello@petalcupcakes.co.nz

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind however we can process a store credit if applicable.  Please note a 20% fee is incurred and will be deducted from the total.

For custom orders we cannot amend or cancel the order 48 hours prior to the order time required as this would have already been scheduled into production, other customers may have missed out due to prioritization of your order and custom toppers/icing will have been produced. As such we can postpone your order or issue a store credit, however any costs already incurred at that point will be deducted from the final amount.
